I have joined AIESEC UM for nearly one year. Having gone through the hardships of the initial establishment of an organization, the pains and ups and downs of the midterm development and now the high growth of it, I really learn a lot and have a profound insight of the meaning of entrepreneurship.
AIESEC broadens my horizon and serves as a changing agent for me. It teaches me that the most important thing for us is to follow our heart and keep developing our inner potential. There is a kind of saying prevailing in AIESEC and I really appreciate it. What does not kill you make you stronger! Looking back to the road I have gone through, I really felicitate that I did not give up even when I fell to the valley of my life. And those previous frustrating experience has become the invaluable fortune for me. Sometimes I feel I am really fortunate that I could have the chance to experience so much when I am still in such a young age. And I also appreciate my deer companions who cherish the same dream with me and struggle together with me even during the hardest time.

People do not buy what you do, people buy why you do it.
AIESEC do not only give me many Skills which matters today even though they are also extremely important. The most important lesson I learn is that whatever you do, get to know why you do it and then stick to it. Never ever give up.
